OUR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
We are continuously strengthening community connections for vulnerable groups, especially seniors, youth, and women, while creating platforms where experienced professionals can mentor younger and highly educated individuals in their careers and community engagement. Our senior volunteers are the driving force behind many of our programs, dedicating their time and expertise to expanding social networks and deepening connections within the community.

Our leadership team draws on decades of experience in technology, finance, and community service to guide CCPRF in fulfilling its mission of empowering highly educated professionals.

Director of Operations
Echo Han
Echo brings extensive experience in managing and implementing non-profit programs. Over the years, she has been deeply involved in community-focused initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. At CCPRF, Echo oversees the foundation's overall operations, strategic planning, and program management.

Director of Research & Development
Boyang Qin
A graduate of a renowned engineering program, Boyang has accumulated over 18 years of technology experience. Currently a technology leader at a major asset manager in Toronto. Boyang is dedicated to spearheading CCPRF's technology initiatives and strategic software partnerships.

Office Administrator
Zella Zhang
Zella Zhang oversees daily operations and membership management at CCPRF and also serves as a workshop instructor. She holds a Master of Education from Monash University and brings 10+ years of teaching experience, plus strong nonprofit program coordination and evaluation skills.
